WHERE DO WE BUILD?

At this time, Our current focus is only in the city of Cape Coral, Florida.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE BUILD?

The build will be complete 12 months from the time of issuance of permits.

We have several financing options to fit each individual scenario! We offer a wide variety of construction loans, builder financing, and permanant mortgage. We have an in-house financing team that can cater to your specific needs! Please contact our office for more information on financing.

WHAT IF I DON'T OWN A LOT?

No Worries! We have a fully licensed sales team of realtors on staff to assist with the purchase of your lot.

WHAT IF MY PROPERTY HAS PROTECTED SPECIES?

There is a fee to remove protected species from the property, such as Burrowing Owls and Gopher Tortises, etc. Prices vary depending upon circumstance, but we are more than happy to help navigate the process for proper and safe removal of the protected species!
