JIM TOTO

Owner

Born in NY in 1971 and after graduating at 21, Jim started his career on Wall St. as an equities trader. After a short time and following his true passion of building, he founded J. Toto Construction focusing on both commercial and residential construction in NY and NJ. Fast forward 20 years, Jim and his Wife, Toni Ann, moved to SWFL where he took his passion for real estate development with him starting Toto Custom Home Builders in Cape Coral. Jim has extensive experience in residential home development as he played a big role in the redevelopment of the “Jersey Shore” after hurricane Sandy, rebuilding waterfront homes to meet the new building and flood codes.

Jim has over 25 of hands-on experience in the building industry. In his spare time, Jim enjoys boating, golfing and spending time with his family.

TAYLOR RICE

Office Management/Permit Coordinator

Taylor resided in Colorado for over 25 years, and recently relocated to SWFL with her husband and two sons. She previously spent 10 years in the beauty industry as well as office management for a local construction company. Since moving to FL, she has decided to pursue new opportunities within the real estate industry. Taylor is an integral part of the permitting and operations of the company and makes certain everything runs smoothly. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys going to the beach, boating, and spending time with her family.

With a true passion for people and helping them get into the home of their dreams, Ryan strives to build client relationships built on transparency, timely communication, and truly understanding their goals. Ryan is dedicated to serving the SWFL communities and tailoring to each clients needs. Ryan is an avid sports fan as well as enjoys all the beauty Florida has to offer from fishing, going to the beach with family, or catching a Bucs game.
